the necessary foundations for the same.

(5) The old site and premises of the Victoria

Recreation Club to become the property of the Admiralty.

If the Colonial Authorities and the proprietors

of the Victoria Recreation Club agree to these arrange-

ments in full satisfaction of their claims, the Commodore

in Charge is authorized to pay the sums above mentioned

to the respective parties, when the properties are

handed over to the Admiralty.

A copy of Admiralty telegram dated the 18th

January 1902 is attached.
